Financing
Provided essential strategy to package Client’s spectacle lens technology including recruiting Legal Team and Professional Advisory Board; arranged for Angel, Bridge, Corporate Guarantee and Venture Capital Funding.
Strategic Alliance
Repackaged “Story” for diagnostics company; identified “Strategic Partner”, negotiated and completed transaction, which resulted in equity investment, product and market development and distribution agreement.
Market Research & Analysis
Engaged by Hedge Fund to provide market review and analysis on lens company seeking a multi-million dollar loan; utilized extensive industry contacts and market knowledge to provide “informed” recommendation to Client.
